Kiss Daniel is dating singer Chidinma Ekile

Singer Kiss Daniel, 23, is dating fellow singer, Chidinma Ekile, 26, according to a LIB Source. The two began dating some time this year, and Kiss Daniel is said to be quite in love and not hiding it.

Just last night, the Woju crooner shared a video on his instastories showing Chidinma sitting on a bed while fiddling with her phone and laughed as he filmed her.

He put a love emoji across her photo.

Chidinma is the toast to everyone in the entertainment industry, even the fans love her because of her amazing talent and her beauty which keeps glowing.

Chidinma Ekile also suits as the perfect girlfriend for Kiss Daniel, for reasons which include the fact she’s petite and every guy loves a petite girl, they both are talented and come from the same industry and on the assumption that they both would look good together.

Besides Chidinma, Cynthia Morgan, Beverly Naya, Nancy Isime and Linda Osifo were the other options we came up with but you now know who the “Good times” crooner has chosen.

May the odds continue to be in their favour!

In related news, Kiss Daniel has reportedly won his court case against former record label, G-Worldwide after he was sued.

A source close to the “Yeba” crooner revealed that the case was settled in court with Kiss Daniel coming out as the victor.

However, the singer’s team is yet to release an official statement on the new development.

Recall that the former G-Worldwide artiste was hauled to court for allegedly violating the terms of his contract after he launched his own record label, Flyboy INC.

On October 13, 2017, Kiss Daniel went public with his decision to exit G-Worldwide, after four years in the record label. The singer subsequently set up his personal imprint – Flyboi Inc. – and has released a debut single titled ‘No do.’

But G-Worldwide has instituted a law suit against his actions. The company has dragged him to court, accusing him of “taking steps to appoint a new manager, solicit for bookings, and has continued to negotiate and enter performance agreements in respect of the songs from the album New Era, and Evolution which is set to be released soon containing singles such as Yeba, For You, Senorita, Sofa and others, produced under the contract, including using the stage name ‘Kiss Daniel’ without the company’s prior consent and permission.”

A statement made available to Punch via G-Worldwide’s lawyers, Calmhill Partners, states that a Federal High Court in Lagos had on November 30, granted an order that all parties should maintain the status quo under the contract. The company further warned the general public against contracting any business with Kiss Daniel.

The court order signed by Hon. Justice Babs Kuewumi, partly reads, “It is hereby ordered as follows that in the interim both parties are ordered to maintain the status quo ante Bellum under the recording contract pending the hearing of the motion on notice.” The case was adjourned till January 9, 2018.

Meanwhile, the statement by Calmhill Partners, which was signed by Aso Kalu Etea, warned that anyone who conducted business with Kiss Daniel pending the determination of the suit risked being held in contempt of court.

We spoke with a representative of Flyboy Inc, who declined to give his name. Our source maintained that he only saw the court order online, but they haven’t received anything. “The status quo remains. Kiss Daniel’s company is Flyboi Inc., and that’s what it is.”

The singer was finally served court papers by his former record label and according to the label’s reps, the court papers were pasted on Daniel’s gate on Friday, December 15, 2017.

In the writ of summons served on the artiste, the court ordered Kiss Daniel to make an appearance before it within 30 days of receiving the court papers, or the case would go to trial in his absence.

Other papers served on the ‘Mama’ singer include: order for substituted service, writ of summons, witness list, witness’ statement under oath, status quo order, among others.

A Federal High Court in Lagos had on November 30, granted an order that all parties should maintain the status quo pertaining to the contract that was initially signed in 2013.

Kiss Daniel was signed to G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013. He broke out in 2015 after the success of ‘Woju’. In 2016, he released his debut album “New Era.”
