Manager of Ebony, Ricky Nana Agyemang aka Bullet has said that he did not know Ebony would travel to visit her mother in Sunyani.
In an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM, Bullet said the dancehall artiste told him she would be travelling to Tamale in the Northern Region but did not tell him when.
“I was not in Ghana when she travelled. But she had told me she would be travelling to Tamale. She didn’t tell me of the Sunyani visit,” he said.
A member of the Rufftown Records team, Allan, also stated that Ebony called him on Wednesday evening to inform him she would be going to the Northern Region.
According to Allan, Ebony did not plan the trip with him so she could not go with her.
Asked if he knew Franky Kurie and the Vondee Atsu, the military man who died with the artiste, Bullet said he didn’t know them and would not want to talk about them.
“I had a work relationship with Ebony and not her friends. I didn’t know the lady and the guy. I can’t say anything about them,” he said.
Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng known in showbiz died in a car accident on 8th February, 2018 when she was returning from Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region.
According to the police report the Jeep she was travelling in crashed into a VIP bus on Thursday evening.
Ebony was travelling with three other people, and two of them have also been confirmed dead. The two include a young lady, Ebony’s friend, and a military man.
