As hosted by the KZN Fashion Council, this year marks the 10th anniversary of the annual Africa Fashion Exchange, accurately schemed to showcase the best of fashion by designers from South Africa royal Zulu kingdom of KwaZulu-Natal as well as designers from this continent of Africa and beyond.
The Africa Fashion Exchange (AFX19) is elite three day program by KZN Fashion Council, of which operates as a non-profit organization in the humble republic of South Africa.
KZN Fashion Council promises a larger and by far better affair that will host high-size industry insiders, innovators, influencers and A-lister among others as we celebrate 10years of Africa Fashion Exchange respectively. A panel discussion/masterclass will commence each day; this panel discussion has a line-up of key industry speakers who will share their expect advice in their fields.
Day 1- Focuses on “Sustainability, Technology and Innovation”
Day 2 – The Global Fusion AfroEuro | AfroAsia
Day 3 – “When Art, Heritage, Music, Literature, Design and Film and Fashion Meets”
A strictly by invitation gala dinner will be held on the grand opening, which is the first night, 17th October 2019 to be exact, celebration the 10years anniversary of the KZN Fashion Council; this festive day will alongside incorporate a fashion show, duly presented by the KZN Fashion Council’s paid-up members.
The subsequent days shall host fashion shows by evolving designers and invited designers from across Africa.
Over 500 buyers, fashion entrepreneurs, students, government representatives, business development entities, models, delegates from all over the continent, celebrities and entertainers are highly expected to grace the 10th annual Africa Fashion Exchange, happening on 17th to 19th October at the Greyville Convention Centre in Durban, South Africa.
